This diagnostic tool establishes whether brand identity operates as an institutional system
or as an interpretative function.

It answers four structural questions:

– Is brand identity governed as a system, or dependent on individual interpretation?
– Are brand decisions logged as formal governance events?
– Are brand decisions reversible only through defined authority?
– Is there a decision archive that shows precedent and coherence?
