Proprietary material platform structured across R&D, industrial integration and governed licensing. Baltic amber–based textile yarn system (AMBRA TEX 7.9®) designed as a governed material class within high-performance textile manufacturing. IP-protected, industrially integrated, with a licensed deployment model. This is not a product — it is a governed industrial architecture.

CONDITION AT ENTRY

Scientific R&D output without commercial or industrial governance structure. IP unprotected. No deployment architecture.

AUTHORITY EXERCISED

Technical and commercial authority over IP architecture, industrial integration design and licensing structure.

STRUCTURE BUILT

Proprietary material platform. IP licensing architecture built from first principles. Business model design and governance framework.Industrial integration architecture. Controlled licensing model.

MEASURABLE  RESULT

IP-protected proprietary platform. Active. Industrial integration pathways established. Licensing deployment operational.

STRUCTURAL CONTEXT - FROM INTELLIGENCE

Industrial governance is often reduced to procurement or cost control. This is a limited view. Governing industry means governing the decisions that make a product repeatable, scalable and coherent with the brand promise. A mature industrial system does not eliminate craftsmanship — it makes it sustainable over time. AMBRA TEX 7.9® was built as a governed system, not as a product: IP-protected, industrially integrated, with controlled licensing that preserves the material class's integrity over time.

AMBRA SYSTEM®

Material R&D · Industrial Integration · Licensing Governance · IP Control

AMBRA SYSTEM® constitutes the scientific and industrial infrastructure for the structural integration of micronized Baltic amber into composite textile systems.

Developed in synergy with the University of Latvia and a specialized biotextile research laboratory led by a materials engineer and university professor, the platform integrates advanced polymer research, proprietary masterbatch engineering and progressive industrial validation.

In cooperation with Riga Technical University’s Biotextile Materials Scientific Research Laboratory, patented amber micronization and purification technology was developed, forming the technological foundation of the system.

The result is a controlled amber powder with defined particle size and morphology, enabling composite fiber integration under industrial standards
