Strategic Advisory is designed for organisations that require executive-level guidance without transferring governance authority. It applies when:

  • direction is contested or unclear and requires disciplined external validation before the organisation commits resources to it​

  • decision complexity has grown beyond what internal governance structures can resolve cleanly

​​

  • an inflection point growth, transition, restructuring requires clarity before structural redesign can begin

  • ongoing executive-level strategic presence is required while internal governance is retained

Authority remains internal. Structure is informed, not governed.

Focused Executive Guidance · 1–3 months

Designed for high-impact strategic phases requiring disciplined decision validation. Used when a specific decision, transition or inflection point requires structured external input before the organisation commits to a direction.

Delivers: executive strategic sessions, targeted structural assessment, decision validation framework, written executive memo following each engagement phase.

This level provides clarity. It does not redesign governance.

STRUCTURED STRATEGIC PROGRAMME

Short-Term Architectural Consolidation · 3–6 months

Designed for organisations requiring structured refinement of brand, product or governance logic before entering a wider intervention. Used when direction is broadly correct but the operating architecture is not coherent enough to sustain it at scale.

​

Delivers: executive sessions, brand and product architecture refinement, authority mapping review, decision documentation and prioritisation logic.

​

This level prepares the organisation for scale. It does not assume structural authority.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Continuity Without Authority Transfer · Minimum 12 months

Designed for organisations requiring ongoing executive-level strategic presence while retaining internal governance.

Used when the quality of strategic thinking inside the organisation must be sustained at a consistent level over time, across multiple decision cycles.

Delivers: ongoing executive sessions, asynchronous strategic counsel, roadmap discipline and timing validation, long-term structural coherence oversight.

This is a continuity layer. Not a governance mandate.

PERIMETER

Strategic Advisory does not include executive decision authority, sign-off rights, governance implementation or operational control.

For organisations that require structural responsibility rather than strategic counsel, the relevant engagement levels are Executive Mandates and Operating Partner.

QUALIFICATION

 

Strategic Advisory engagements are reviewed on a qualification basis. Scope, perimeter and level are defined following an initial strategic introduction. Due to limited annual capacity, not all applications are accepted.
