His experience spans founder-led businesses, capital-backed platforms and executive operating mandates across luxury, fashion, hospitality and material-driven environments.
The common denominator has been the construction, governance and scaling of businesses where brand, product and commercial execution must operate as a single system.
Before evolving into broader governance and operating architectures, his experience was built directly inside product development, knitwear manufacturing and daily supply chain execution — across industrialisation, yarn sourcing, fittings, supplier coordination, production problem-solving, margin control and vertically integrated operating environments.
This operational foundation continues to shape the way governance is applied: not as abstract strategy, but as executable structure grounded in product, industrial and commercial reality.
