Ownership and operating authority are not assumed to be the same thing.

Those rights are therefore defined within the specific architecture of the participation.

STRUCTURAL RULE

Participation does not automatically confer operating authority.
Operating authority does not automatically confer ownership.
Each is defined explicitly.

​
The objective is not control for its own sake.
It is continuity.
A system should be capable of accepting capital, partners and scale without losing the logic that made participation possible in the first place.
