Amazon Web Services introduced a public preview of Well-Architected Agent, designed to relate stated goals to cloud configuration evidence, effort and impact assessments, cross-pillar trade-offs and proposed remediation.
According to the AWS announcement, the agent can analyse configurations and usage across more than 65 AWS services and may generate infrastructure-as-code changes, CLI instructions or console procedures.
AWS cautions that generative recommendations may be incorrect or incomplete and require human review before any operational changes.
WHY IT MATTERS TO THE MARKET
Cloud AI assessment should connect technical findings to business goals, risk and implementation cost. Automated recommendations are useful inputs but do not replace accountable review of remediation actions and their effects.
