A company-commissioned survey of 250 FinOps leaders reports 72% experiencing AI budget overruns and 97% at least one agent session exceeding expected activity or cost. These are survey findings, not independent estimates for all enterprises. Capabilities have not been independently validated and the announcement is distinct from Cognizant-Google's 19 October development.
