Legora and Ansarada announced a beta integration enabling authorised users to import documents from Ansarada virtual data rooms into Legora. The suppliers say initial access respects user permissions and imports are recorded in the data-room audit system.
The functionality has not been independently tested.
WHY IT MATTERS TO THE MARKET
Confidential due-diligence and M&A information requires continuity of permissions after transfer. Import controls do not automatically establish that revocation, restrictions, retention and deletion apply to copies and derived documents.
