REPORTED DEVELOPMENT
A 14 October revision moves the default usage-billing start for new CSP Copilot Business licences from 2 November to 1 December. Italy and several other European markets are initially excluded. The adjustable default limit of 4,000 credits per user per month is a cap, not free credits or a fixed expenditure. The earlier 2 October guidance is superseded.
