ServiceNow announced general availability of Arc, a personal AI agent for prolonged tasks across enterprise applications and processes. Arc is available on Mac through EmployeeWorks, without a separate additional charge for Foundation, Advanced and Prime SKU customers. Windows support is planned later.
The integration extending AI Passport permissions into NVIDIA OpenShell and BlueField controls is explicitly planned for a future release. It should not be described as generally available.
WHY IT MATTERS TO THE MARKET
Availability, licensing and infrastructure compatibility must be distinguished from future controls. Declared identity or permission capabilities do not automatically demonstrate independent execution enforcement or economic returns.
