Teradyne Robotics and Sereact announced integration of the Cortex Physical AI platform with Universal Robots industrial robots. The commercial and technology partnership targets international deployment of complex automation, including fashion returns.
The suppliers report hundreds of dual-arm robots already deployed with European customers. The architecture includes NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Cosmos for development, Isaac Lab for training and Jetson Thor for local execution. The development is the formal hardware, software and distribution ecosystem, not the start of the previously announced CEVA-Zalando-Sereact operation. Throughput, unit costs, productivity and ROI have not been independently verified.
